Due to expansion, our clients based in the North Leeds area, are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their successful team.
Ideally, our clients are seeking a highly organised individual with a background in Property Management. As well as, someone who has the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a wider team.
This is a varied role with key tasks as follows:
* Property Management
* Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
* Check Ins
* Check Outs
* Inventories
* Administration including Gas and Electric safety certificates
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5.30pm
* One Saturday per month (lieu day given in return)
In return, our clients are willing to offer:
* A basic salary of GBP20,000 - GBP24,000 - based on experience
* A monthly commission structure
