Technical Compliance Officer
A fantastic technical opportunity has become available with a successful Fresh Produce specialist, working as Technical Compliance Officer within an energetic and passionate technical team.
The position of Technical Compliance Officer will offer support to the Technical Compliance Manager and the Head of Technical, working together to ensure product meets safety, quality, legal, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities include;
Management of product / raw materials due diligence to ensure compliance to SEDEX, SMETA and other technical standards
Review supplier documentation and compliance against the ETI Base Code and customer standards
Provide seasonal reviews for all products reporting on quality, improvements & future plans
Process accurate collation, analysis and reporting data for technical targets and indicators
Management of company residue analysis
We require;
Exposure to and/or experience gained in Technical Compliance / Due Diligence / Pesticides proving beneficial
Experience within the Fresh Produce and / or Food sectors would be highly advantageous
Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality systems; BRC, HACCP, SEDEX, SMETA, ISO
Confident IT ability, with a focus on Excel, and Prophet knowledge proving beneficial
Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of administration ability
Hours; Monday - Friday, with some flexibility as required
Salary; Dependent on experience offered; GBP28-36k
