We are looking to recruit 2 permanent Grounds Maintenance Operatives to start work immediately preferably located in The Lea Valley E4 7QQ area, the role involves maintaining the clients commercial properties and site to high visual standards on soft landscaping schemes, the role is avaialble for an immediate start and is a permanent position. This is a static site to manage/maintain for our clients prestigiuos customer !
You Must Have
Driving license (desireable)
Qualifications CSCS Card, PA1 / PA6 or chemical spraying (desirable)
Some commercial Landscaping Grounds Maintenance experience is essential
Used power tools, mowers, hedge cutters & strimmers is essential
Experience in a similar role, preferably on commercial properties
Available for an immediate start, training and tickets provided relevant to the sites
The Hours
Mon to Fri
Guaranteed 40/45 hours per week
Some early starts
Unlimited overtime avaialble
The Job
Working for a large multi national established grounds maintenance company carrying out planned and reactive maintenance schedules/works
Using hand held power tools provided to carry out the following duties and responsibilities, grass cutting, weeding, bedding, planting, spraying and other associated tasks maintaining all company equipment and kit
Working in a small team and with iniaitive
(You may be required to cover other sites meeting the customers needs)
