IT Manager/Infrastructure/IT Support/ERP/Permanent/Banbury/Oxfordshire
My client, a well-established and market leading business who are recognised as a great place to work are looking for an experience IT Manager to join the team.
As the IT Manager, you will report directly into the IT Director and will be responsible for the management of a multi-functional IT Infrastructure and Support Services team.
This will be an office based role in Banbury primarily with occasional travel to other sites in the West Midlands also required.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage IT projects and work alongside the business to translate business requirements into system specifications.
*Produce management reports as required.
*Ensure agreed project deadlines are met and issues are escalated as required.
*Provide technical leadership to the team.
*Perform team member appraisals, provide coaching and motivate staff.
*Develop team's technical and personal skills.
*Communicate effectively at all levels including with external companies.
*Ensure integrity, efficiency, availability and security of information and systems.
*Continually promote and evaluate methodologies, tools and standards.
*Represent IT to the business.
Key Skills and Experience required:
*Have experience of managing IT Support & Infrastructure functions in a corporate environment.
*Can demonstrate knowledge of supporting and configuring complex ERP systems.
*Have strong, up to date and proven knowledge of best practices in IT Management required to deliver quality, high performing, reliable and robust systems and services to agreed deadlines.
*Be an experienced people manager able to keep a team motivated, focused, engaged, productive, and fulfilled whilst fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and innovation
*Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment with changing priorities.
