The ideal candidate would be a self-driven 3rd line Infrastructure Engineer with the ability to pick up and work with new technologies looking to fast track their career within a growing business.

Client Details

My client is a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider based in Bristol looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

Description

  • Be the last line of escalation for escalations from line engineers & professional services consultants
  • Troubleshooting 3rd Line escalations
  • Allocating escalation tickets to respective engineers on the Support Desk
  • Act as a Mentor to 1st & 2nd Line support Engineers Conduct pre-contract audits both on site & remote
  • Provide 3rd Line Support to company's internal infrastructure
  • Managing customer relationships & Developing Key Accounts

Profile

  • Extensive 3rd line Support/Infrastructure Engineer experience.
  • MSP Experience highly desirable
  • Technical expertise convering the following areas (gaps can be trained)
  • Office 365 Azure Hyper-V, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Networking (Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, Wireless networking), Sophos Security, Datto and Veaam.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work at pace
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Full UK Driving licence for occassional travel to customer sites is desirable.

GBP35,000 - GBP38,000 + on call allowance + training budget + additional benefits
