My client, a market leading business, known for being a great place is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join their Data team. This role will be a fixed term contract for 12 months initially to cover maternity.

The Senior Data Analyst will support the development of operational reporting, Business Intelligence and data integration solutions. These solutions will help drive the business forward and improve the overall data maturity. You will have and maintain a deep understanding of current and new business needs and be able to translate these into requirements to shape the data solutions.

This role offers the flexibility to work from home/remotely as long as you are happy to be on site at head office in Banbury for 1-2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
*Support analysis and produce requirements to support project/BAU needs around data solutions.
*Work with development team and produce clear, accurate documentation that combines technical and business drivers.
*Work with key business stakeholders and data delivery team to convey vision and priorities and being always available for questions and support and to lead by example with best practice.
*Communicate with internal customers, suppliers, or others as required to stay abreast of BFS change and industry best practice.
*Alerting the wider business to issues with quality of data and highlighting how the Data team or a technical solution can help improve this.

Key Skills and Experience required:
*Experience in a similar Data Analyst role
*Experience of querying, analysing and reporting on data, from multiple systems/sources
*Highly self-motivated to learn new skills without support
*Able to develop strong and pragmatic relationships with business SMEs, to ensure that their expectations are managed and are fully appraised with progress and plans
*Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, understand and respond well to change
*Advanced Power BI knowledge and ability to deliver reporting using this tool
*Advanced DAX skills for use in Power BI reporting and Visual Studio model creation
*Basic knowledge of and ability to build and manage Power Apps for use in BI reporting
*Intermediate understanding of T-SQL and SQL Server and ability to build SQL queries

The salary on offer is GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 (dependant on experience) plus a comprehensive company benefits package including; private healthcare for you and your family, company pension scheme and 25 days holiday to name a few!
