Customer Service Representative - Crewe

Customer support role working within a global leader in high performance critical engineering components.

Package:

* GBP19,000 - GBP22,000 salary

* Finish at 12pm every other Friday.

What You Will be Doing:

Customer Service Representatives are a vital and collaborative part this business that supports the sales team in the endeavour of ensuring customers' expectations and high levels of service are met or exceeded.

This will involve the day-to-day management of customers - providing internal commercial support to the broader sales team inclusive of preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents, taking inbound customer calls and being responsible for managing any ongoing logistical queries, complaints, and cancellations.

What You Will Bring:

We are looking to speak with candidates who have a degree of commercial exposure in any customer facing position. It is important you have strong communication skills and can converse over the phone in a professional manner. Any link to engineering (particularly mechanical) or manufacturing businesses is highly desirable but not essential. With our client being quite open in terms of candidate background, the following character traits are essential:

* Fantastic attention to detail.

* Excellent telephone manner.

* Happy to work with KPI's.

* Inquisitive nature.
