Due to our continuous expansion we are recruiting for an entrepreneurial Senior Manager to join our team at a time of significant growth. This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership team within the current Security company of the year (Security Excellence Awards - Nov 2019).

We provide a complete suite of front of house, manned guarding, mobile, key-holding, alarm response, events, covert and technical security services across numerous sectors throughout the UK. Key Responsibilities
To define the Region (which may be by geographical, customer specific or sector specific) and develop and agree a Strategic Plan for its development:

* Fully responsible for your Region (which may be by geographical, customer specific or sector specific).

* To develop and deliver against your Strategic Plan which will dovetail into the overarching Amulet strategy; and both supports other Regions, and utilises the capabilities of the whole Amulet business and its strategic partners. Reflects current and potential demand, and is resourced to enable consistent delivery and service excellence, development; and use of sanctions for underperformance.

* Identify and build Value Added service capabilities and customer loyalty.

* Deliver against clear and measurable KPIs and Objectives consistent with the Amulet Financial Model and all other Amulet and client requirements; and reflect these in Budgets and Business Plans.

* To deliver results from the Region that meet or exceed the Business Plan; Budget and Forecasts through full responsibility and accountability for the P&L and effective use of the resources at your disposal, other Amulet staff and Amulet support functions including: Growth of the Regional Portfolio revenue and profitability through acquisition of new customers; expansion of existing contracts; minimising contract reductions and losses; and appropriate wage and price increases.

* Ensure regular meetings with customers, assessment of satisfaction and compliance with contractual and SLA requirements. Capture of additional profitable revenue opportunities where these arise and do not impact core Portfolio service.

* Close monitoring and management of all direct costs to maximise efficiency and service levels appropriate to each contract; and development and sharing of "best practice" and use of systems and tools to improve service delivery.

* Management of Risk through effective tender pricing; regular contract reviews & site assessments; and attention to credit collection and Daily Sales Outstanding (DSOs). Ensure accuracy of all operational and sales management data; and regularly review and report on progress, highlighting any risk of significant variances as they arise and taking action where needed.

* To build, develop, lead and retain a team of Operations Managers and Officers that believe and demonstrate through their work that Amulet is different to other Security service providers through: Ensuring understanding and demonstrable implementation of the Amulet Values.

* Ensuring adequate and appropriate training, advice and support is provided to make the team successful. This includes ensuring knowledge and use of key systems, tools and policies; undertaking regular appraisals; providing open feedback on progress and career development; and use of sanctions for underperformance.

* Delegate authority and empower and hold staff accountable to clear objectives that assist in Region development.

* Active steps to maintain communication; recognize achievement and develop the Amulet Community.

* Managing recruitment and succession planning to ensure that Amulet has the capability to execute the Business Plan and continue it's growth journey.

To build, develop, lead and retain a team of Operations Support Managers and Officers that believe and demonstrate through their work that Amulet is different to other Security service providers through:

* Ensuring understanding and demonstrable implementation of the Amulet Values.

* Ensuring adequate and appropriate training, advice and support is provided to make the team successful. This includes ensuring knowledge and use of key systems, tools and policies; undertaking regular appraisals; providing open feedback on progress and career development; and use of sanctions for underperformance.

* Delegate authority and empower and hold staff accountable to clear objectives that assist in Region development.

* Active steps to maintain communication; recognize achievement and develop the Amulet Community.

* Managing recruitment and succession planning to ensure that Amulet has the capability to execute the Business Plan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS: A current SIA Security Guarding Licence/Door Supervisor and CCTV Operator is desirable. A full driving licence is essential for the role.
