If this sounds like you then you might be the perfect person for our part time Customer Service Administrator position.

We are currently recruiting for a part time, evenings Customer Service Administrator to work on a temporary basis for a local organisation based in Highbridge. This is a busy and fast paced position working as part of an energetic and supportive team who are always happy to help each other, they are especially busy throughout the summer so are needing additional help. If you are highly organised, have previous Customer Service experience and are looking for a new challenge then this is the job for you.

As a Customer Service Administrator your main duties will include:

Managing the Customer Service mail box and responding to enquiries and complaints
Processing orders and arranging returns for customer
Responding to webchat and direct messaging contacts from customers
Meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks
We would love to hear from candidates with experience in customer services, administration, sales or complaints management. Written communication is key to this role as you will be responding to written enquiries more than telephone based enquiries, so if you have previously worked as an Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Operator or Sales Administrator and have great IT skills then get in touch with us today to find out more.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 5pm - 8pm, working 15 hours per week.
The rate of pay is GBP8.91 per hour.

This role is initially on a temporary basis to support through the summer months.
