My client a leading global legal firm headquartered in Glasgow are looking to add two talented support engineers to their current team. This will cover support tasks such as monitor the team mailbox and respond to user queries, regular archiving of users, collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and promote opportunities to use technology to solve problems with the business.

Key Skills include:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
• Keen interest in tech.
• Advanced organisational and influencing skills, flexibility of style, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Possess a high degree of initiative and independent judgment with excellent troubleshooting, decision-making, and follow-through skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with the ability to engage with users to bring ideas to life.
• Must be resilient, diplomatic and able to deal with challenging stakeholders

It would be advantageous if you had experience in using software such as HighQ, Kira or Litera Transact.
