We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our reputable client based in Belper on a permanent basis. Working with a close-knit team of advisors, you will become an expert in their product line and the technicalities that go with it. Full training will be provided, you just need to bring the motivation to learn and the passion to provide excellent customer service.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
Ability to give spares advice with clarity and confidence
Demonstrate the drive to deliver world class service to customers at every opportunity
Experience of working to and achieving KPIs
Proficieny with all Microsoft applications and a good understanding of Salesforce
Enthusiasm and charisma
Excellent communication skills
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability to interpret technical information and instructions.
Within this position, you'll also be:
Providing technical advice to customers
Providing service and technical support for the department
Engaging with customers to better understand how the company can support them through the purchase / installation processes
Giving advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy demonstrating a good technical aptitude
Understanding customer requirements and employing excellent listening skills
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is GBP22,000
Working hours are on a rota basis to include occasional Saturdays.
