Mixer/Machine Operator

Major Recruitment are currently looking for Mixers/Machine Operatives to join a fast paced Food and Beverage company in Gosforth.

The successful candidate will be working on 3 different machines (full training will be offered), in a Production lead environment, working in a small team.

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the mixing and/or machine during production
• Following strict health and safety guidelines
• Filling out paperwork
• Following exact procedures
• Following recipes
• Working on a canning line

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent time management
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience working in a Food Factory, Brewery or Bakery (desirable)

This is a full time position offering 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, with scope for up to 5 hours overtime per week.

Pay:

This opportunity is offering GBP10.50PH
