Position: Home Working Customer Support Advisor
Hours: Hours 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (E.g. 8-4pm/9-5pm/ 10-6pm)
Salary: GBP8.91 weekly pay every Friday
Job Type: Temporary ongoing (may become permanent)
Successful candidates MUST must live within a 50mile radius to Liverpool, as required to collect equipment.
Must have a strong broadband connection at home.
Immediate opportunities are available with our client, who specialise in the government and public sector.
They are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team on an exciting new campaign. You will be required to deal with both inbound telephone and online queries from the general public.
FULL, paid training is provided
What you'll need to do:
Provide excellent customer service to a diverse range of customers and employers
Arrange/re-arrange/cancel appointments
Assess claims and deal with enquiries via electronic means
Liaise with other service centres, e.g. Jobcentre and benefit centre
Be part of a team responsible for creating and working in a service delivery environment to support the delivery of excellent customer service, quality and performanceWhat we'll need from you:
Customer focused and able to deal with customers compassionately
Resilience, able to work in high pressurised environments
Proven customer service experience
PC literate
Fully available during the training period What you'll get in return:
