Procurement Manager Required

Our multinational Facilities Management client is seeking a Procurement Manager for one of their most prestige sites.

General Overview

Reporting to the Head of Category Management for Hard Services
Effective management, development and mentoring of any direct reports with particular focus on how we enable our people to deliver exceptional value, every day
Lead category strategy development, execution and sourcing activity within agreed categories of supply
Ensure supply chain solutions are fit for purpose, aligned to business needs, and represent lowest total cost, optimal service and highest quality with relevant impactful supply base innovation
Ensure robust management of key supplier relationships within agreed categories of supply
Trusted commercial partner working closely with key stakeholders to reflect and influence the needs of all Business Units and functions in developing category plansINFORMATION

Monday - Friday
GBP354.65 per day
Weekly pay + holiday pay + pension

Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience/qualifications
A track record in managing procurement spend in relevant category of supply
First class interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
Significant commercial procurement experience
Experience in a complex environment, with a diverse range of stakeholders and customers
Demonstrable category management and negotiating skills
Desirable
