Relief Customer Contact Advisor - Community Alarm 24 hour service

Part time, 18 hours per week, flexible to cover any shift at short notice
Salary GBP20,057.00 pro rata per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Contact Advisor to join our Control Centre team based at Willow Vale in Bedlington. Upon completion of training the successful applicant will have the opportunity of homeworking.

As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will provide a frontline call response for Bernicia's Community Alarm Service. Sometimes the nature of these calls will involve people experiencing difficult or emergency situations where problem solving and customer service skills are essential.

If you have excellent communication skills and a team focussed approach to work we want to hear from you. You must also be confident in using various IT systems.

The closing date for submission is 12 midday, 9 June 2021.
