One of our leading clients is looking for an immediate and well-experienced Helpdesk Administrator/Compliance Administrator. We are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator who remains calm under pressure, commands respect, has the confidence of their colleagues and can communicate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the reactive
* Create monthly Customer Reports, Contract Review Report with Operations Manager
* Update weekly and monthly compliance trackers
* Create accurate POs in a timely manner
* Control costs for training booked and cancelled and report monthly
* Contractor and self delivery team performance.
* Primary point of contact for customers and the helpdesk within site.
* To assist in all service delivery to ensure consistency and proactive service to the RFU
* Experience in a similar FM role
* Experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain
* Experience in allocating both M&E reactive works
* Follow up on all jobs to ensure completion within the SLA's
The Candidate:
* Proven track record in successful people management
* Experience in the co-ordination of internal multi skilled service delivery teams
* Experience in data and statistical information collection, collation and analysis
* Assist in the management of site CAFM system
* Ensure that the contractual standards are maintained by contactors, suppliers and self delivery teams.
* Ensure statutory and mandatory compliance is carried out in the allocation of reactive tasks.
* Ensure that accurate and up to date records are maintained.
* To produce statistical data for management reports and presentations.
* To produce monthly reports on Concept data.
* To coordinate and collate Audit data for statistical analysis
