Our client is looking for a careful and methodical driver who can meet and greet customers, park cars and move cars within a small area on the dealership site.
Ideally you will have worked in the motor industry within a similar role and you will have a full UK and clean driving licence with no previous bans.
Your duties will include meeting and greeting all customers and assisting them with the parking of their vehicles safely and efficiently. You will move vehicles around the company premises in and place and park them so as not to cause disruption on the premises. You will undertake other driving duties as and when required and maintain excellent customer service levels with customers. You will check vehicle condition and provide and collect signatures and check all documents for validity. You will also check vehicle condition and ensure that adequate fuelling has taken place, You will accept stock from transportation companies and give the customer a detailed handover.
You will have the ability to control and drive vehicles of a varied nature and size and also be able to conduct affairs with courtesy and integrity and read and understand documents relating to vehicles.
You will have a full UK Driving licence with a minimum of 5 years driving experience and understand the highway code and other traffic and motoring regulations..
You will be professional, courteous, smart and trustworthy.
You will work Mon - Fri 7.30-6pm
