We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Customer Service Advisor to join our very reputable client in Belper on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for a confident communicator looking to join a very successful company in-house. Helping to maintain the client's brand and tone of voice online, you will take ownership of a combination of digital channels to provide excellent customer service and promote social media campaigns to enhance the company's online image.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk a wide variety of audiences
Awareness of social media channels and reviews websites - knowledge of scheduling tools would be a massive bonus
Excellent attention to detail
Great time management skills with ability to prioritise projects and meet deadlines
A good understanding of digital marketing skills including content writing, social media marketing & videography would also be a huge bonus

Within this position, you'll be:

Working directly with customers via variety of social media channels and review sites
Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring correct tone of voice is used
Communicating with wider teams relaying technical information
Supporting digital marketing team with content creation, social media scheduling, videography, asset management, digital advertising and updating review sites
Ensuring all posts and interactions are created and in accordance with the tone of voice and brand guidelines for each business unit
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is GBP20,000

Working hours are Monday - Friday
