An excellent opportunity for you to apply your credit control and customer service experience, working for a successful company based in Alton.
This will be on a temporary basis up until the end of July, to start immediately.
Due to the nature of the role, please only apply if you are fluent in Spanish.
This role will be completely home based to start with, however come July you will be working 50% from the Alton office and 50% from home.
Your day will consist of the following:
* Setting up new and amended customer accounts
* Processing receipts and other banking
* Credit control duties - chasing payments, liaising with internal and external customers
* Developing and maintaining business relationships
* Assisting with general other tasks as and when required
Attributes and Skills Required
* Proven credit control experience
* Strong IT skills, including Excel and Word
* SAP experience would be advantageous
* Strong telephone manner
* Fluent in Spanish and English
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Free on site parking and easily accessible via public transport.
