We are looking for talented multilingual candidates to join a fantastic organisation based in Nottinghamshire but with the opportunity to work from home!
Duties will include:
Providing technical support for clients in French OR Spanish AND English
Logging all incidents on relevant software systems
Diagnosing technical issues
Providing solutions to customers over the telephone and email
Escalating technical queries
Providing excellent customer service
Skills / Experience Required:
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE INITIAL TRAINING FROM THEIR OFFICES BASED IN NEWARK, THEN THE ROLE WILL BE AVAILABLE WORKING FROM HOME (kit provided)
Fully flexible approach to working hours - must be available to work some evenings and weekends
Fluent in written and spoken French and English OR Spanish and English
Problem solving and attention to detail
Customer service experience
IT/Technical Support experience advantageous
