Are you an organised Legal Secretary?

Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with a long-standing client based in Newbury, Berkshire, who require an Employment Legal Secretary to join their expanding legal team. The successful candidate will possess previous Legal Secretary experience, must be proficient with MS packages and be adept at supporting Fee Earners and senior members of staff

What will you be doing as the Legal Secretary?

Answering telephone calls and directing them to the relevant individual
Diary management
Preparing correspondence and documents through digital dictation systems and notes
Making appointments and booking meeting rooms
Preparing court forms and statements
Copying, scanning and filing as required
Cover for other secretarial staff when neededYou should apply for the role of Legal Secretary if you have???

Experience within a Legal Secretary role - Employment Law experience is highly desirable
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good typing speed and accuracy
Have proficient knowledge of MS Word and other Office packages
Be a good team player with willingness to offer support to othersEasy transport routes from; Reading, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Marlow, Cookham, Watlington, Sonning Common, Pangbourne, Benson, Wallingford, Didcot, Cholsey, Wallingford, Oxford

Job Type - Permanent
