Senior Customer Service Advisor

Duties and responsibilities:
Receiving and processing all sales emails and answering inbound sales calls.
Generating quotations and orders through in-house database
Maximise business efficiency
Conducting outbound calls to existing customers
Identifying cross-selling opportunities
Leading the delivery of new starter induction training when neededSkills and experience required:
