Customer Service/Complaints Team Leader
Location: Bradford
Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP27,000 depending on experience + benefits

The opportunity
As a Team Leader within our award-winning department, based in Bradford, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team, their workload and the quality at which the work is adhered to. This will include;

Being a focal point for team enquires, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, team morale, absence management, team performance and conducting appraisals
You will also be required to manage a small portfolio of escalated cases - leading by example where ever necessary.
You will have/will be:

Previous Team Leader experience within a customer service office environment
Proven ability to motivate and develop other team members
Organised, diligent and able to run your own portfolio of complaints to high standard
Conscientious and hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience of computer-based complaints handling system
Ability to deal with demanding customers in a sympathetic but firm manner
Able to cope with fast changing working environment
A desire to embrace innovative working practices
