Lettings Negotiator - Finchley
GBP16,000 - GBP20,000 plus commission & car allowance
We are keen to find a Lettings Negotiator to join a multi award winning independent estate agent in North London for their Finchley branch.
What we are looking for is a Lettings Negotiator who is looking for a well respected brand to carve out their career with, this agent has a reputation for outstanding professionalism, they require an individual with a similar focus to join them in developing their already successful lettings department.
If you are customer service driven, with traditional values, presentable, with a phenomenal work ethic then you may just have found your perfect role.
As you will expect, all the normal tasks that lettings negotiators would expect to do such as registering applicants, generating and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, supported progression and identifying opportunities such as valuations.
Package and hours
* GBP16,000 - GBP20,000 basic
* GBP40,000+ OTE
* Car Allowance
