HGV 1 Driver

My client based in Hertfordshire requires HGV Class 1 drivers for both days and nights shifts, they are paying a premium rate for the right HGV Class 1 drivers with an immediate start date. All trucks are no more than two years old and work will be trailer dropping in the Southern region.

You must be willing to work Fridays and Sundays to be considered for the role. And happy to start between the hours 1000 to 2200.

The right HGV Class 1 driver must have:

C+E Licence - Class 1
CPC and digi-tacho
minimum 2 years class 1 experience with 6 months in the UK
NO MORE THAN 6X PENALTY POINTS with no (IN/DD/DR/CD/TT) codes
Be able to work Fridays and Sundays every week
Minimum 10 hours paid with no exclusion for breaks Rates of pay for PAYE + Holidays accrued are below:

Mon to Thurs days GBP17.00 per hour

Mon to Thurs nights GBP18.00 per hour

Friday days GBP18.00 per hour

Friday nights GBP19.00 per hour

Saturday GBP20.00 per hour

Sunday GBP21.00 per hour

Bank holiday GBP23.00 per hour

Enhanced rates for holidays to be paid weekly and rolled in with pay will upwards of GBP2 per hour extra.
