Our client has success in recruiting Trainee Mortgage Advisors, who are typically fresh out of university and eager to work hard to build a career with significant earnings. As the preferred Mortgage Broker for prestigious estate agencies and high-end property developers across London, their Mortgage Advisors receive regular high quality leads. Their clients are typically high income / aspirational / high net worth individuals.
Training and Development
Full initial training, plus ongoing weekly training sessions, which all of their Mortgage Advisors can attend. In addition, you will be mentored by a Senior Mortgage Advisor.
The Company
Our client is London's premier mortgage brokerage, working with a number of the biggest and best property developers and estate agents. The Company generate GBP1.5bn of gross mortgage lending per annum with an average loan amount of GBP420k. The culture is performance driven, whilst at the same time having a great, team-focused environment.
Earnings for their Trainee Mortgage Advisors
If you are prepared to invest in yourself, you could have significant earnings, leading to 6 figure earnings within 2 / 3 years. This is a self-employed, commission only role.
* First 4 months, it is unlikely you will earn anything;
* Months 4 - 6, approximately GBP1,000 - GBP3,000 per month;
* Months 6 - 12, circa GBP5,000+ per month
* Months 12 onwards, circa GBP8,000+ per month
Requirements for this Trainee Mortgage Advisor role
* You must have a driven attitude, professional approach, charisma and willing to go the extra mile.
* Typically suits graduates who are looking for their first career role out of university or individuals with a targeted sales experience, such as property sales or recruitment
* Must be committed to going self-employed and funding your personal living expenses over the initial 6 months.
* Must have R01 or CeMAP 1 prior to starting

* Working hours 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday with need to work some evenings and Saturdays
