The company has stores across the UK, with its headquarters located in Swindon. They are now looking for the right people to join their vibrant team in Swindon as a Customer Service Advisor. If you are positive, motivated and driven to achieve results then this could be the role for you!

Mon - Fri 9-6pm, Sat 9 - 6 (1 in 2)
Competitive basic salary of GBP18,532.80 per annum (GBP8.91 per hour)

Start Date: Monday 21st June (currently working from home - equipment supplied)
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor (Working from home):
Dealing with the booking and deliveries team
Receiving inbound phone calls from new and existing customers helping them with their enquiries
Providing excellent knowledge and advising customers with the most suitable deals to suit their requirements
Engaging in conversations, continuously building rapport maximising potential sales opportunities
Making outbound calls to update customers on their deliveries and orders
Organising deliveries for customers ensuring accuracy at all times
Dealing with complaints in a professional manner
Working towards strict customer service and sales targets
Demonstrating extensive business and product knowledge

Booking in delivery slots
Re-arranging collections on wrong or damaged furniture
Contacting delivering team to organise new time slots
Key skills of a Customer Service Advisor (Working from home):
Demonstrate a good effective knowledge of systems, products, processes, and procedures
Ability to work in a team and be a team player
Cope with varying workloads
Exceptional organisation skills
Exceptional customer service skills
