The Role: As the Customer Service Manager for our Client you will be an experienced professional with at least 5 years proven experience managing a Customer Service team. You will have a sound knowledge of using SAP/ERP systems and be educated to degree level in engineering / business operations or have proven relevant industry experience. You will be working remotely but will be required the office in Slough from time to time so candidates must live within an easily commutable distance of Slough to be considered for this role.
You must be must be confident implementing improvement initiatives and setting KPI's. You will have responsibility for coordinating training and development for the Customer service team and act as a senior point of contact for both customer and operational escalations.

For this Customer Service Manager role we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Min 5 years proven experience in Customer Service Management essential - ideally from an engineering discipline/background
* Degree level in Engineering or Business Operations preferred
* Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
* Experienced managing teams
* Highly organised and able to work well under pressure
* Excellent communicator
* Works well as part of a team
Salary for this Customer Service Manager role:
* CGBP43K - GBP45K Dependant on experience
