Service Desk analyst
My client is looking for a recent Tech Graduate who has around 1-2 years worth of work experience within the Tech industry. This permanent role would be ideally suited to a candidate looking to take their next step within IT Support Services. My client is also looking for a candidate who has previous experience with Mac-related hardware & software issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Windows and OSX environment support
- Support of administrative activities and tasks
- Perform analysis and solutions of incidents in the day by day business
- Mobile Device Configuration
- Proficient in end-user operating environments and OSX environments
- Ticket queue monitoring
- Pitch/Meeting room support (Off and On-site)
- Be able to handle desk moves
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good organisation, communication and incident/request management skills
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- To have the ability to solve hardware incidents (Printers, Laptops, Desktops)
- To have the ability to work within SLAs.
- Login fault ticket with suppliers and chasing
