Service Desk analyst

My client is looking for a recent Tech Graduate who has around 1-2 years worth of work experience within the Tech industry. This permanent role would be ideally suited to a candidate looking to take their next step within IT Support Services. My client is also looking for a candidate who has previous experience with Mac-related hardware & software issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Windows and OSX environment support
  • Support of administrative activities and tasks
  • Perform analysis and solutions of incidents in the day by day business
  • Mobile Device Configuration
  • Proficient in end-user operating environments and OSX environments
  • Ticket queue monitoring
  • Pitch/Meeting room support (Off and On-site)
  • Be able to handle desk moves

Skills & Requirements

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisation, communication and incident/request management skills
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • To have the ability to solve hardware incidents (Printers, Laptops, Desktops)
  • To have the ability to work within SLAs.
  • Login fault ticket with suppliers and chasing
