Your new company is a leading financial services organisation that have an opportunity for a Cloud Incident & Problem Manager. This is an organisation that utilises technology to develop solutions that give their customers convenience and transparency of their products.
Your new role
Your new role will sit within our clients Incident & Problem management space where you will work closely with technical teams as well as business units to ensure the availability of services. This role will suit someone who has come from a technical background and has a strong awareness of ITIL. This role will have involvement with services that are run on the cloud so if you have experience of this it would be highly advantageous.
What you'll need to succeed
- Incident & Problem Management
- ITIL certified
- Strong technical knowledge with Infrastructure
- It would also be highly advantageous if you had experience with Azure/Services in the cloud
