BUUK Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Site Liaison Manager to account manage and be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, supporting all enquiries relating to the company brands Which is undertaken by the Retail department. This full time, permanent, position is based at our office in Woolpit with some travel, so a full UK driving licence is needed.
Salary starting from GBP26,676.00.
Requirement to host community events which could be in the evening or weekends. Flexibility in hours worked will be required to ensure efficient services are provided to the business and its customers. At least two days a month to be spent with retail customer operations team.
We require all of our Customer Service personnel to have their criminal records checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). This is due to the nature of the role including checking customers' bank account details. This is in accordance with our Recruitment of Ex-Offenders Policy.
We are looking for someone with experience in developing and maintaining relationships at all levels with external and internal customers and experiencing and dealing with difficult customers. While it is not essential that you have had previous experience within this sector before, you must have experience in working in both a business to business and business to consumer environment. Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

Responsibilities will include -
* Deliver training on retail brands and services. Training will mainly be delivered to developer sales offices. Assist in the creation of training materials and provide feedback on the quality and content to the Marketing Manager and the Sales Administrator to assist in its continuous improvement.
* Distribute retail marketing material to developer sales offices to ensure that end customers have up to date information on the company retail brands so that customers can make informed decisions during their move in process.
* Ensure that the sales offices effectively utilise marketing material to proactively promote the retail brands to customers. This will include proactively up selling Sky to sales offices by demonstrating the benefits and features that Sky can offer.
* Assist the Sales Administrator in identifying key community manager on sites where the retail brands are available, to help with engaging with community groups. This will enable the retail brands to target marketing and identify user's needs.
* Develop strategies to increase community engagement, and to assist in increased sales and brand awareness. This will include analysis of sites where there is no longer sales offices, to ensure all customers on a site with no sales office are still aware of retail brands.
* Attend sales meetings with the sales managers, and act as a point of advice on customer and developer feedback, to assist in continually improving their knowledge, which in turn, will help with their sales pitch.
* Be a source of advice for developers and customers so that everyone is aware of what customers need to do to register with the retail brands when they move in. This sometimes includes visiting customers at their houses.
* Liaise with all key external and internal stakeholders as to when customers move into their homes, so that all internal systems are updated, and customer services are aware of when new orders will be placed. Highlight any risks and issues to all stakeholders which may affect customer orders.
* Where there has been an incident on site, for example, where customers suffer a temporary loss of broadband or water supply, liaise with site stakeholders during and after the incident to provide support and advice and SLA's if applicable.
* Assist the Sales Administrator with obtaining customer move in dates from developers, and feedback to all relevant stakeholders.
* Assist in logging relevant information into internal systems, with regards to site visits per week, customer move in dates and distribution of marketing literature to sites.
