A number of permanent opportunities for home workers within Customer Service has become available for a Kettering based business. These customer service roles will include 4 weeks training in the Kettering office, where travel costs will be covered, the role will then be home based. You will be working Monday to Friday days between 9:30am-6:00pm, with an hours lunch, a total of 37.5 working hours, paying between GBP16,500 and GBP17,350 per annum.
This home based customer service opportunity will include:
* Speaking with customers over the phone both inbound and outbound
* Arranging appointments for customers
* Following up those appointments with inputting data on to the system
* Treating customers in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring each customer has the best possible experience
If you demonstrate experience in retail, hospitality, telephone or warehouse work this opportunity will give you the right training and steps in place to build a successful career.
Experience/Skills needed for this customer service position:
* Excellent with organisation and multi-tasking
* Confident with the use of spreadsheets and Microsoft
* You will be a self motived and a positive individual
* Be able to work in a team
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and pride in work
