Premises / Facilities Maintenance Assistant ( Shift work ) FE College
Bath area
Full time 37 per week 52 weeks per year
Fixed-term contract until 31/05/22
You will be expected to work a variety of shift patterns , for example
Early : 6am - 2pm (Monday - Friday)
Late : 1.30pm - 9.30pm (Monday - Thursday) and 11am-7pm (Friday)
Salary: GBP17,143 - GBP19,408 per annum
CMD Recruitment is the recruitment partner for this FE College and together we are seeking to recruit a hard-working, flexible and well-organised person with a strong emphasis on good customer service to join the Premises and Maintenance team.
You will form part of the wider facilities team at the College and will work alongside other members of the estates, health safety, security and cleaning teams,
Your duties will include maintenance and caretaking duties as well as a range of tasks that can arise on a daily basis in order to provide a clean, warm and safe environment for all users of the College.
The ideal candidate will be
A good communicator,
Have a sense of humour
Great D.I.Y. skills
Ability to work as part of a team.
Well presented and physically fit
You will need :
A full clean driving licence ideally with a D1 reference
A willingness to work on a rotational basis across both campuses in City Centre Bath and the Somer Valley Campus in Radstock.
A willingness to work shifts
In return, you will get
