Anderson Knight are recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator for our client based in Clydebank. The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, customer focused recruitment service, and additionally provide support across the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for developing excellent relationships with stakeholders and ensuring external providers are operating with their contractual provisions
* You will be responsible for ensuring you are keeping up to date with the current employment legislation and advising all key stakeholders of any change that affects the recruitment process.
* You will be shortlisting, selecting and arranging interview for candidates
* Ensuring all candidates receive feedback
* Overseeing the effective administration of the recruitment process including general administrative duties.
* Ensuring you are operating within the recruitment budget
* You will be responsible for managing the recruitment advertisements.
* Working closely with Personnel team and Recruitment Managers to identify position requirements
* Arrange interviews/medicals and onboarding as required
* Work directly with clients to meet their recruitment requirements.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills;
* A degree in HR or related discipline is advantageous
* You should have previous recruitment experience
* Experience working within a shipping/marine related environment is advantageous
* You must have strong communication, IT & Organisational skills
* You should been up to date with current employment legislation
