Position: Commercial Sales Manager
Area: Chesterfield - Internal Sales role
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Package: Competitive Salary - (based on experience),BUPA Health Care, Death In Service Cover, Cover all additional Expenses, Company Pension.

Key roles.
Identifying and developing commercial business opportunities.
Supporting the sales and marketing team.
Up-Selling to existing revenue streams and market sectors.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner line with the company procedures.
Identify and capitalise on opportunities of all Mallatite products and services
Preparing client quotations.
Developing and improving relationships from existing and new customers.
Participation of on line webinars, customer meetings including where appropriate visits.
Offering after-sales support services
Promoting the business at all times.
Participation of project management & strategic key accounts.
Deliver performance in line with agreed KPIs.
Sage sales and purchase entry.
Promote selling opportunities and activities in line with the business sales and marketing strategy.
Provide monthly report to your Line Manager.
Positive attitude, aptitude and mind-set of execution.
Support interdepartmental development.
Contribute to product training.
Departmental health, safety and welfare awareness and compliance.
Any other reasonable requests to support the smooth running of the business.
Interpersonal skills.
A strong technical awareness of product and design standards.
The ability to learn about new products quickly, and adapt to a changing marketplace.
A positive, professional, customer focused approach.
The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a mind-set of execution.
A demonstrable track record within sales through hitting and exceeding set targets and KPI's.
Resilience and tenacity.
Negotiation skills.
Ability to provide regular sales forecasts and reports
Relating to and co-operating with colleagues.
Supporting and generating team spirit within and beyond your area working as part of a team.
