Customer Service Administrator vacancy.

Abingdon.

GBP20,000.

Monday to Friday.

40 hours per week plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Temp to Perm.

We are recruiting for a large well known company in Abingdon. The role is offered on a Temp to Perm basis.

Previous experience in Customer Service or a Call Centre environment including computer skills are essential.

The role will include:

Making outbound calls
Scheduling appointments for technicians
Organising technician diaries
Customer Service
Communicating with customers
Updating internal systems
Resolving queries in a timely manner
General day to day AdministrationAnd what do I get?
