Summary This role will provide an efficient, enthusiastic and flexible support service to the retail buying team. You will have a passion for product and an interest in trends as well as excellent organisation and admin skills to help facilitate the effective operation of the buying team. What it's like to work here This post is based at our head office in Swindon but the post is currently working from home due to Covid-19 restrictions. Once the office re-opens we will return to working from the office, our properties or regional hubs but this is unlikely to exceed an average of 2 days per week. There will be an opportunity to explore and agree remote working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.

What you'll be doing You will be providing an efficient, enthusiastic and flexible support service to the retail buying team. Your role will primarily involve providing administrative support for the team, where excellent organisations skills are essential. You will also need to be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in helping the team with lots of different projects.


We are looking for someone who is creative and loves product as much as we do. You should enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to work to deadlines.


Responsibilities will include managing the administration for the product life cycle effectively to ensure products are correct to approved standards and processed promptly. All of which is essential to helping the team create beautiful products!Please read the Role Profile attached to the advert.

Who we're looking for To deliver this role successfully, you'll need to have;
  • Knowledge of the UK retail market including trends
  • Knowledge of buying systems
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail /accuracy
  • Ability to accurately prioritise daily, weekly and ad-hoc tasks
