Managing all GCC's field operations in a designated geographical area of Bristol, Swindon, Oxfordshire & Cardiff you will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of service for existing clients, securing new-business opportunities and developing our current portfolio of sub-contractors and direct cleaners.
With support from our Head Office Marketing and Customer Services teams this will involve visiting existing clients to monitor, assess and review service delivery, attending pre-arranged new business sales opportunities and self-generate opportunities to provide quotations and up-sell additional services, alongside developing existing & recruiting new sub-contractors and direct cleaners to ensure best coverage and service delivery across all customers.

Our client base ranges from SMEs to FTSE 100 Companies. We also provide a range of complementary services including washroom services, feminine hygiene, clinical waste removal, window cleaning (inside and out), rapid-dry carpet cleaning, one-off deep cleans and body-spill clean-ups.
Our 800 strong, nationwide cleaning team of direct employees and sub-contractors supported by Area Managers based within 15 regions provides high-quality and reliable cleaning to over 1800 clients through the use of NHS cleaning protocols, irrespective of the premises.
GCC was founded in 1975 in Sutton, Surrey to provide quality contract cleaning solutions to commercial office premises in and around the London area. Over the last 45 years the company has grown and evolved to occupy a strong position within the UK contract cleaning sector.

Ideally with a background in field sales, selling/promoting a service
Well organised
Target driven
Excellent communicator both verbally and written
Living within Bristol or Swindon
Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of Sage CRM systems would be advantageous
Full driving licence with maximum of 3 penalty points
