Welsh Speaking Homeworking Call Centre Quality Analyst Call Monitoring

Members of the public will be taking part of a Covid -19 study and you will be call monitoring the customer service advisor's calls. We will provide you with the technology, software and training you need to get started, and we'll be there to help and guide you on how to work effectively from home.

The details:
* Start date: 5th July or earlier
* Permanent
* Working from home
* 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
* Monday - Sunday between Varying shifts between 9am - 9pm
* Salary GBP20,000
* 1 weeks paid training: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

The main duties:
* Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound call quality
* Provide documented feedback to improve performance and enable Team Leaders to coach and support advisors in delivering a great customer service experience
* Complete quality management audits across all scorecards through the system
* Keep up to date to all process/product and technology changes within their account to maintain knowledge and standards of scoring
* Taking calls to demonstrate awareness of call types that the QA marks against

What we are looking for:
* Must be fluent in speaking and written Welsh
* Previous experience in a similar role OR knowledge of quality management systems
* Experience in a call centre environment
* Experience setting up processes, policies, standards and reporting
* Strong WIFI connection is required
