My client is seeking an experienced Anti- Social Behaviour Officer to be able to successfully manage their own patch of estates in order to monitor and reduce ASB cases. The Officer will be responsible for keeping accurate, up to date records of all actions taken. The client understands the pressures of the position and is keen to support all team members in a comfortable working condition.
The team are looking for an experienced candidate that will hit the ground running bringing success amongst knowledgeable peers. The client is looking for a candidate who can support the ASB team providing a front line service to tenants.
Duties Includes:
Provide front line service to tenants, escalating issues to the specialist ASB team.
To provide comprehensive, effective, high quality administrative support to the ASB Service including a minute taking service at team and other meetings as required.
Carry out interviews to tenants/victims of ASB, providing sound advice If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you. Management that are willing to help all case managers be the best they can possibly along with a strong hour rate.
