Customer Contact Advisor

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! Our Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Sidcup is looking to recruit a new Customer Contact Advisor.
About the position
The successful candidate for our Customer Contact Advisor position will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.
You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Customer Contact Advisor position involves:
Answering Online Digital Leads and Processing Through to Sale / Hand Over
Supporting Group 1's 4 Jaguar Land Rover Centres
Maintain regular contact with our customers to advise them of key moments in their vehicle ownership, and introduce them to other offers that will be of interest to them.
Accurately maintain and update the company's customer and vehicle CRM database.
Manage inbound and outbound calls on behalf of the dealership network.
Contact customers following their service or repair visit to ensure that they were Completely Satisfied with all aspects of their transaction with the dealership.
Identify to the Customer Support Team Manager, areas in which there is a potential for improvements in efficiency, business opportunity, and other general good practice.
Always deliver service
Maintain a high standard of current product, process, and system knowledge.
Adopting a sales approach regarding upsell.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
About our requirements
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
Customer awareness.
Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Sales Background would be advantageous
Experience of working within a Dealership would be advantageous
Strong teamwork skills.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Full driving licence.
