Customer Service Administrator required for well-established company based near Cirencester.
Job title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Near Cirencester
Salary: GBP18,500p/a plus performance related bonus plus excellent benefits
Hours: 36.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Skills & experience required:
* Office administrative experience
* Proven experience of dealing with people across all levels via face-to-face, written formats and over the telephone.
* Previous experience of working within customer or financial services.
* Knowledge of wealth management products or experience of dealing with Financial Advisors desirable
* Organised and methodical approach
* Strong MS Office skills, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong communication skills with confident and professional telephone manner
* Enjoyment of dealing with a high volume of telephone calls combined with a mix of administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
* Minimum grade 'C' GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths
This is a very varied and busy role. You'll be part of a busy team, providing administrative and customer service support for customers and intermediary partners.
Main duties & responsibilities:
* Deal with customer enquiries and maintain and amend customer records.
* Handle and manage response to telephone, written and email enquiries from Intermediaries.
* Manage basic product queries, amend details, and complete documentation where necessary.
To be successful in the role, the successful candidate will ensure confidentiality of information, will competently handle both internal and external customers, and possess the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with a variety of queries and issues.
