Customer Service Representative
Hours - fulltime (various offerings)
Location - Northampton

We are currently partnering with a fantastic organisation based in Northampton, our client is looking for great customer service individuals to join their vibrant team.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who possess fantastic customer service and communication skills who is available immediately and enjoys telephone based customer service role.
Duties:
Obtain customer information by answering telephone calls, verifying information, and providing relevant advice
Receiving and handling high volume of customer queries via several different communication channels
Route out-of-scope calls to appropriate resource
Research required information using available resources
Provide customers with products and service information
Manage and resolve customer complaintsThe candidate
Previous experience in dealing with high volumes or calls
Good communication by telephone and written
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Team player
Ability to work shift patterns (weekends & evenings) and the flexibility to work additional hours by agreement.
Punctual
Listening skills
Ability to work under pressureShifts:
Monday- Friday (8am-10pm on a rotational shift including weekends)
Monday - Friday late shift (2pm-10pm)Pay Rate:
National living wage
