Forecourt Proposition Manager
About the role
Develop and deliver a best in market forecourts proposition which customer satisfaction and cash profit for both customers and Booker.
Identify and explore future opportunities and identify and defend against potential future risks within the sector.
Role Responsibility
Contributing to a compliant and health, safe and legal culture at all times.
Design, maintenance and delivery of the Booker Forecourts Plan
Ensuring appropriate ranges, promotions & seasonal campaigns are provided to deliver the Plan
Evaluating consumer behaviour and feedback and incorporating into the Forecourts Plan
Managing the relationship with the trading team in relation to the proposition
Analysis of category performance and action to drive areas of poor penetration
Tackling supply chain barriers to developing our business and delivering the Forecourts Plan
Development of key service opportunities to support retention of major customers
Manage and deliver required change, through effective engagement of National Accounts teams
Ensuring the Forecourts Plan links with and responds to customer strategies
Effective market and competition monitoring
Improves choice, price and service for consumers
Supporting a 'Think Forecourts' culture across the business
Support and development of the National Accounts teams through effective coaching and training including the production of customer facing presentations / sales aids
Providing regular progress updates to the Leadership group
Producing materials supporting and explaining the Proposition for communication to existing and potential new customers
