Job Responsibilities ;
Proactively resourcing suitable candidates via existing candidate talent pools, and job board CV databases, using Boolean searching
Identifying and building internal talent pools
Sourcing talent on LinkedIn
Attending careers days and recruitment events
Applying the most effective talent sourcing strategies and methods for each vacancy
Networking and building a talent pipeline
Utilising recruitment platform, job boards and subscriptions
Contacting candidates to discuss current vacancies
Providing high levels of customer service and support to our consultants .
Obtaining and conveying up to date candidate and vacancy details .
Working with the wider Team at Redditch .
Attending client visits and meetings.Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
A highly communicative and customer focussed working style
A motivated and positively minded outlook
Experience within customer services
A self-starting personality with strong organisational skills who thrives on the challenge
Excellent time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise within a dynamic environmentThe benefits of joining Pertemps ;
