Our Client is a world leader in what they do and they are looking for an experienced customer service idividual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment to join their team as a Regional Planner.

Following training, you will be managing a number of Client accounts within a region of the UK.

The Role

* Answering customer calls/email's and enquiries via our portal regarding breakdowns and planned service works

* To allocate daily incidents to engineers within your region

* Answering general enquiries

* General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required

* Schedule engineers' diaries

The Candidate

* Previous telephine customer service experience is essential for this role

* Have worked in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Great telephone manner

* Customer and team focused

* Excellent organisational skills

* Enthusiastic, personable
