Domestic Couple
Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Domestic Couple working for a family based in Bedfordshire - Please do not apply if you are a single applicant - you must apply as a couple, single applicants will not be accepted.
The role???
The position can be Live-In or Live-Out and if chosen to Live-In you'll be accommodated in a lovely staff house separate from main residence (can be furnished or unfurnished).
As the Domestic Couple your role will involve the following important duties:
* Cleaning, laundry and ironing
* Some family cooking
* General tidiness of the residence
* Assisting when the family are entertaining guests
* Shoe cleaning and ironing
* Shopping errands
* Maintenance within and outside the residence
* Assisting with tending the gardens (there are other Gardeners employed)
* Cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool
Flexibility with duties will be required and cohesive teamwork is important to ensure the smooth running of the residence.
All roles are very much hands-on rather than management so a 'can do' and cheerful, positive attitude is essential. Proven longevity and glowing references from previous employers are required.
The experience required???
As a successful Domestic Couple, you will have the following:
* A valid UK Driving Licence
* A love of dogs
* Prior experience working in a similar setting

Salary: GBP39,000 (Live-In) GBP53,000 (Live-Out)
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 8:30-4:30, 5 days a week including weekends
