My client, a leading facilities maintenance provider, are currently seeking experienced and hard working M&E Engineers to join their mobile team on one of their exciting FM contracts.
Client Details
Leading FM provider, operating on contracts across the whole of the UK and Europe.
Description
PPM & Reactive Maintenance
Install of new systems as and when required
Snagging
Fire alarm test, changing bulbs valves ect./ AHU'S FCU'S Pumps, boilers, AC units, HVAC
Some fabric assistance as and when.
other Adhoc duties.
Completing compliance paperwork and job completion forms.
Assisting senior members of staff and attending to Clients needs.
Profile
Must have previous experience in a similar role.
Must be a competent and confident driver.
Must have a clean driving licence
Must hold relevant qualifications - NQG/C&G Level 2/3 in M&E
18th or 17th edition if electrical.
Must be able to start ASAP.
Must have an in DATE DBS Job Offer
Temp to permanent role
Career progression
3 months paid weekly temp contract before progressing to perm
