The Retail Manager Role:
- Manage and work with a small sales floor team day-to-day
- Create a welcoming atmosphere & great one to one customer experiences
- Maximise sales opportunities & meet sales targets
- Motivate and develop a small sales team to reach their maximum potential
- Lead by example
- Take ownership & full responsibility for the performance of a small shop & team
- Utilise the resources to plan, organise and train staff
- Recruit any new members of the team
- Develop an excellent knowledge of our jewellery
The Retail Manager Essentials:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager in a retail or hospitality environment
- Commercially focused with a genuine enthusiasm to succeed
- Good leadership and people skills
- A focused approach to customers and a genuine desire to engage
- Confident communicator with good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
Jewellery knowledge isn't required as training is provided
