The Retail Manager Role:

• Manage and work with a small sales floor team day-to-day
• Create a welcoming atmosphere & great one to one customer experiences
• Maximise sales opportunities & meet sales targets
• Motivate and develop a small sales team to reach their maximum potential
• Lead by example
• Take ownership & full responsibility for the performance of a small shop & team
• Utilise the resources to plan, organise and train staff
• Recruit any new members of the team
• Develop an excellent knowledge of our jewellery

The Retail Manager Essentials:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager in a retail or hospitality environment
• Commercially focused with a genuine enthusiasm to succeed
• Good leadership and people skills
• A focused approach to customers and a genuine desire to engage
• Confident communicator with good organisational skills
• Attention to detail

Jewellery knowledge isn't required as training is provided
