Multi Drop Driver

We are looking for exceptional drivers to deliver veg boxes to customer doorsteps. You will be driving a branded van and will be responsible for delivering a whole range of items, taking the time and care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and as promptly as possible.

You might have to go above and beyond; sometimes our customers give us special instructions about where to leave things.

We want to ensure that we find drivers who are customer focussed and keen to make an excellent impression.

It is essential for this role that you have a full driving license and have previous experience of multi drop driving.

Your Responsibilities

* To load and deliver veg boxes and extras directly to the doorstep of our customers in line with the order sheets each day
* Ensure all boxes and extras items are delivered each day. All boxes have been pre-ordered so you know exactly how many boxes are to be delivered each day and to whom so accuracy is essential
* Follow instructions on round sheets such as instructions of where to leave boxes/cover boxes with a cool blanket or leave in cave etc. Assist with paperwork and general administration to organise rounds
* Ensure deliveries are completed within the required time limits but without compromising on customer service
* Ensure that the delivery vehicle is kept clean and tidy, inside and out at all times

Skills & experience

* Good knowledge of local area
* Full driving licence and own transport essential
* Previous multi drop and 3.5 tonne van driving experience
* Customer service experience
* Attention to detail, excellent accuracy and communication skills
